IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Security:
When visiting Coca-Cola Arena please remember to leave yourself plenty of time as security checks will be in place before entry to the arena. Before visiting please check our Conditions of Entry and Prohibited Items list and remember to pack light, as we only allow small bags into the arena. This will help speed up waiting times and allow for a smooth entry to the show.

 

Taking care of your ticket:
Your ticket is unique, so please don’t share the barcode of your ticket with anyone, especially online - as it could be used to sell your ticket without your knowledge.

TICKET COLLECTIONS
Tickets can be collected from the Coca-Cola Arena box office on event days or the day prior. Photo ID and card used to purchase tickets are required at time of collection. Please email boxoffice@coca-cola-arena.com , if you have not received your tickets within 3 days of the event date.

Coca-Cola Arena is dedicated to providing a safe, fun and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
